Rental Policy
**ID & Credit Card Requirement** To ensure the safety of our rental inventory, all rental customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID and provide a credit card to keep on file. The card may be used for security deposits, damages, or late returns.
**Payment & Deposits** All rentals must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery. A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the item(s) rented. This deposit will be released within 3–5 business days after return and inspection.
**Cancellations & Changes** Orders cancelled less than 72 hours before the rental date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are given for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
**Pickup & Return Policy** Rented items must be picked up and returned at the agreed times. Late returns may incur additional charges.
**Responsibility for Items** You are responsible for the care of all rented items during the rental period. Damaged, broken, or missing items will be charged at full replacement value.
**Delivery & Setup (if applicable)** Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size. Setup may be included or available for an additional fee—please inquire when requesting your quote.
