Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Saavedra Enterprises ("Company") and the customer ("Renter") for the rental of equipment and/or event items listed in the invoice or quote.

2. Rental Period

All rented items will be available for pickup or delivery on the scheduled date and must be returned by the agreed-upon return time. Late returns are subject to additional fees.

3. Payment & Deposit

Payment in full is required prior to the rental date. A refundable security deposit may be required and will be held on the Renter’s credit card. The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 business days after items are returned in acceptable condition.

4. Identification & Credit Card

The Renter agrees to provide a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card to keep on file for security purposes. Charges may be made for damages, late returns, or missing items.

5. Responsibility for Equipment

The Renter is responsible for the rented items from the time of delivery or pickup to the time of return. Lost, damaged, or stolen items will be charged at full replacement value. Cleaning fees may apply for excessively dirty returns.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled less than 72 hours before the event date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the full rental fee.

7. Delivery & Setup (if applicable)

Delivery and/or pickup is available for an additional fee. Setup and breakdown services must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.

8. Liability

The Company is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the use of rented items. The Renter assumes all responsibility and liability once items are in their possession.

9. Agreement Acknowledgment

By submitting a rental request or booking an order through our website, the Renter agrees to all terms listed above and affirms that the information provided is accurate. A copy of this agreement will be provided via email or printed at pickup if requested.
